Often times many homes are invaded by offensive and sometimes noxious odors from pets, bathrooms, molds, mildew, bacteria, cooking, garbage, smoking, new carpets, furniture, painting, chemicals, pesticides, perfumes, etc. The list goes on and on. Unfortunately, most home ventilation systems only recirculate air and remove large particulate matter such as dust, lint, and dirt. Odoriferous gases are unaffected by most domestic filters and left free to recirculate in the air you breathe. How Products Work
Smelleze™ and AmmoSorb™ can be used to eliminate odors by simply placing a pouch near the affected area or sprinkling granules or powder over the soiled area.The active media is negatively charged whereas odiferous gases ride on positively charged particles. As a result, AmmoSorb™ and Smelleze™ draw in odors like powerful magnets. Odors are then adsorbed, neutralized, and encapsulated without any smelly cover-ups or perfumes.The molecular structure of these products, which consist of billions of microscopic pores, gives them a large surface area exceeding the size of several football fields. This enables them to adsorb phenomenal amounts of odors.
Odors Eliminated
All the odoriferous gases eliminated by Smelleze™ and AmmoSorb™ are too numerous to mention here. Following is a small sample: ammonia, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, formaldehyde, argon, nitrogen, water, helium, hydrogen, krypton, xenon, methanol, freon, and mercapans.
User Friendly
To use any of the pouch products, simply remove the plastic cover to activate and place or suspend them near the odor or moisture source. The products are most effective in enclosed areas with good air circulation. To use the granule or powder products, simply sprinkle them on the odor source and clean. Its easy, fast, and very effective.
Product Life
Smelleze™ and AmmoSorb™ Pouches can be used for up to 3-4 months or until a noticeable increase in odor is detected. Thereafter, the product should be replaced or recycled. To recycle, simply place the pouch in direct sunlight for 8-1O hours or heat in a microwave for 2-4 minutes to regenerate the odor adsorbing media and reuse. For extra effectiveness, soak the pouch in a 10% sodium chloride salt solution for 20 hours, rinse in water, and air dry before placing it in the sun or heating in the microwave. The number of times these products can be recycled and their actual life span will depend on level of odors, temperatures, humidity, and rate of air circulation it is exposed to.
